格隆匯11月2日丨日贏控股(01741.HK)公吿,集團於截至2021年8月31日止11個月錄得淨虧損約4960萬港元,而於2020年同期則錄得淨溢利約470萬港元。
預期由淨溢利逆轉至淨虧損狀況乃主要歸因於(1)收益大幅減少,主要由於一項大型項目已完成的一般建築工程及相關服務的認證長時間延遲;及(2)一般及行政開支增加,主要由於(i)中國辦事處的辦公室租金增加導致使用權資產折舊增加;及(ii)與集團於中國的業務擴張有關的支薪僱員人數增加,導致員工成本增加。
