比亞迪AH齊漲 時隔9個月再次鉅額融資 加大動力電池佈局
格隆匯11月2日丨比亞迪股份(01211.HK)漲3.27%,報296.6港元;比亞迪(002594.SZ)亦漲4.64%。比亞迪昨日發佈公吿稱,公司發行5000萬股H股,每股配售股份的配售價276港元。公吿稱,如果所發行股份全部配售,預計所籌金額約138億港元,淨融資137.44億港元。這是公司繼1月融資299.25億港元后,再一次鉅額融資。比亞迪在公吿中指出,憑藉動力電池領域的研發積累、工藝優勢及開創性的刀片電池技術,公司將持續加大動力電池的產能佈局,推動中國動力電池向全球汽車廠商的輸出。
