匯豐亞太推3項新措施 逢周五下午4時後避免開會
匯豐亞太區聯席行政總裁廖宜建和Surendra Rosha昨日(1日)向區內員工發內部電郵,計劃推出3項促進員工身心健康(well-being)的措施,包括逢周五下午4時後盡量避免安排任何型式的會議,包括電話或Zoom會議,讓員工利用周五餘下時間整理一周事務、準備未來工作、清理未讀電郵,或用作自身發展等,本周起實施。
此外,除個別需要在辦公室工作或直接面對客戶的同事,其他員工可彈性安排作息時間,平衡工作及生活節奏。
該行又將11月11日訂為「員工發展日」,鼓勵員工自我進修,或與團隊一起參與發展未來技能相關活動。
