贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)明年起向特斯拉(TSLA.US)供應電池級氫氧化鋰產品 爲期三年
贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)(002460.SZ)公佈,近日,公司及全資子公司贛鋒國際,與特斯拉(TSLA.US)簽署了《產品供應合同》,約定自明年1月1日起至2024年12月31日,由公司及贛鋒國際向特斯拉供應電池級氫氧化鋰產品,實際採購數量及銷售金額以特斯拉發出的採購訂單爲準。
公司指,合同爲公司現有產品領域的銷售類合同,合同的簽訂有利於強化公司與特斯拉之間長期穩定的合作關係,有利於提升公司的持續盈利能力。合同將在明年至2024年履行並確認收入,對公司有關年份的經營業績產生積極影響。
