《大行報告》美銀證券下調粵投(00270.HK)目標價至17.7元 評級「買入」
美銀證券發表報告指,粵海投資(00270.HK)的盈利穩定復甦,今年第三季持續利潤按年上升4%,主要是受到人民幣兌港元按年升值8%、物業銷售EBIT按年增長90%,及非東江水業務EBIT按年升65%等推動。而集團的經營現金流亦因水務項目增加而持續增長。
爲反映非東江水業務EBIT、深圳布心項目提早入賬及電力業務虧損等因素,該行將粵投今年至2023年每股盈利預測分別調低4%、7%及10%,股份目標價由17.8元微降至17.7元,重申「買入」評級。
