中基長壽科學(00767.HK)公佈,主席兼執行董事閆立,從主要股東賈茹桐手中,收購公司5.12億股股份,涉資2.56億元,相當於每股爲0.5元。
完成後,閆立持有公司6.96億股股份,佔17.98%股權,以及透過中基1號國際醫療集團,持有公司18.4億元之可換股票據,倘以轉換價爲0.2元全面行使相關兌換權,則可兌換最多92億股公司股份。
