格隆匯10月28日丨華住集團-S(1179.HK)拉昇漲約5%,報36.6港元,總市值1197億港元。昨日公司與雲南航產投集團達成戰略合作,標誌着雙方將充分融合存量物業及酒店品牌資源,打通會員共享渠道,實現旅客出行全服務鏈數字化運營合作,並探索酒店行業發展的全新路徑。目前,雙方已經在積極推動多個酒店項目的深度合作與落地。在業內人士看來,此舉也是華住在積極向西南市場佈局的舉措之一。另外,公司第三季度入住率(綜合)71.9%,海外業務持續恢復。
