華住集團-S(01179.HK)：2021年第三季度DH酒店的入住率達約49%
格隆匯10月27日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)公佈截至2021年9月30日止第三季度的酒店經營初步業績。Legacy-Huazhu業務的平均可出租客房收入於7月初快速重拾恢復勢頭。然而，自7月下旬起，隨着COVID-19的Delta變異毒株由南京擴散至數個省市，導致相關政府部門施行新一輪嚴格的旅行限制及Legacy-Huazhu8月的混合平均可出租客房收入大幅度下跌至僅為2019年水平的54%。於南京COVID-19的Delta變異毒株在9月初得到基本控制後，Legacy-Huazhu的每月混合平均可出租客房收入持續恢復，達到2019年水平的約92%。然而，9月中旬福建省爆發規模相對較小的疫情，相關政府部門再次施行嚴格的旅行限制，特別是嚴格限制國慶"黃金週"期間學生出行。因此，Legacy-Huazhu於黃金週的混合平均可出租客房收入僅恢復至2019年水平的約82%。儘管如此，10月第二個星期的平均可出租客房收入恢復至接近2019年水平的90%，主要是受到商務旅行反彈的帶動。此外，儘管COVID-19疫情存在不確定性，但我們在高檔酒店滲透方面取得了重大成果，並於十月初通過與融創合營的公司成功簽約超過20家高檔酒店。
隨着德國疫苗接種進度的推進，Steigenberger Hotels AG及其附屬公司("DH")自2020年11月首次封城以來持續恢復。截至2021年10月25日，德國約69%的人口已接種至少一針疫苗，以及約66%的人口已完成疫苗接種。暑假期間，由於休閒需求強勁，酒店需求恢復令人欣喜。暑假後，DH酒店平均可出租客房收入保持彈性，乃主要受業務需求所驅動。於2021年第三季度，DH酒店的入住率達約49%，混合平均可出租客房收入達至2019年水平的約65%。同時，DH繼續實施進一步的成本削減及現金流量管理措施，特別是在員工及租賃成本方面。
