格隆匯10月26日丨海倫司(9869.HK)反彈逾6%,日前曾創上市以來新低。現報16.92港元,總市值216億港元。中金首次覆蓋海倫司給予跑贏行業評級,目標價24港元。據該行估算,公司的10-11個月投資回收期與約30%的成熟店門店層面經營利潤率領先於其他大多數餐廳。中信建投此前預計近兩年公司開店和運營較順利,待門店逐步增多,仍將持續改善和維持運營能力和品牌效應。此外,公司積極擁抱數字化,成功構建起“大平台、小前端”的模式。
