澳門大學博彩研究所所長:建議賭牌批給期限由現時「二十加五」改為「十加五」
據《澳門日報》報道,澳門特區政府昨(25日)舉行最後一場修改《娛樂場幸運博彩經營法律制度》公開諮詢會,現場數十人出席。澳門大學博彩研究所所長馮家超認為,未來政府在促進非博彩元素無需作太多規限。未來應推動發展一般中小企無法引入的項目,如體育及大型綜合項目等,促進澳旦非博彩元素收入及本地經濟多元發展。 賭牌批給期限方面,馮家超建議政府以2035年作期限,將賭牌批給期限由現時「二十加五」改為「十加五」,以迎合時代發展變化及需求。 另外,有與會者建議澳門特區政府可考慮入股博企,把博彩收益留在澳門,把所得盈利與現金分享制度掛鉤,甚至成立基金,推動特區現代金融業發展。
