中銀保監:在貸款首付比和利率上支持首套房購房者
中國銀保監會統計信息與風險監測部負責人劉忠瑞在國新辦舉行的新聞發佈會上表示,將牢牢堅持「房子是用來住的,不是用來炒的」定位,緊緊圍繞「穩地價、穩房價、穩預期」的目標,堅決貫徹落實房地產長效機制要求,促進房地產市場平穩健康發展。
劉忠瑞表示,要督促銀行落實房地產開發貸款、個人住房貸款監管要求,配合人民銀行實施房地產貸款集中度管理制度,房地產貸款增速穩中趨緩。在保障好剛需羣體信貸需求方面,劉忠瑞強調,要在貸款首付比例和利率方面對首套房購房者予以支持。目前銀行個人住房貸款中有90%以上都是首套房貸款。(ta/w) ~
