《大行報告》里昂:金沙中國(01928.HK)季績符預期 管理層稱對未來持續投資澳門具信心
里昂發表研究報告指出,金沙中國(01928.HK)第三季經調整物業EBITDA為3,200萬美元,符市場預期,當中貴賓廳市場按季跌55%至7,900萬美元,以致整體博彩總收入跌37%,至4.93億美元。
該行續指,金沙相信其於澳門一直受到公平對待,有信心賭牌續期,而公司管理層亦顯示出在澳門持續投資的意願。在澳門復甦方面,管理層認為市場有被壓抑的需求,雖不願意去預測內地何時通關,但建議政府可通過疫苗接種和治療機制去對抗病毒。予其「跑贏大市」評級及目標價20.46元。
