海螺水泥(00914.HK):新材料產業投資基金完成工商註冊登記
格隆匯10月19日丨海螺水泥(00914.HK)發佈公吿,近日,公司收到通知,投資基金已按照相關法律法規要求完成工商註冊登記,取得合肥市高新開發區市場監督管理局頒發的營業執照,並在中國證券投資基金業協會完成了備案登記,取得了《私募投資基金備案證明》
根據披露,2021年7月16日,經海螺水泥董事會審議通過,同意公司作為有限合夥人,認繳出資16億元人民幣,與中建材私募基金管理(北京)有限公司及其他有限合夥人共同出資設立中建材(安徽)新材料產業投資基金(有限合夥)(暫定名,最終以企業登記機關核准名稱為準)。
