《大行報告》瑞信下調金沙中國(01928.HK)目標價至14.9元 評級「中性」
瑞信發表研究報告,重申對近期澳門博彩股的審慎看法,認為行業缺乏短期催化劑、盈利有下行風險、兼且監管面臨不確定性等。
該行指,預期金沙中國(01928.HK)EBITDA會在9月有改善,由8月的1,400萬美元增至9月的2,600萬美元,至第三季為5,600萬美元。
瑞信表示,降澳門2021至2023年賭收預期至疫情前水平的31%、56%及70%,降金沙中國2021年至2023年盈利預測各62.8%、54.8%及35%,下調對金沙中國目標價,由27.2元降至14.9元,維持「中性」評級。
