迅銷(06288.HK)2021財年純利升88.0%至1698億日元 末期息240日元
格隆匯10月14日丨迅銷(06288.HK)公佈，公司2021年財政年度綜合收益總額為2.13萬億日圓(較上年度增長6.2%)，綜合經營溢利總額為2490億日圓(同比增長66.7%)，錄得收益增長及溢利大幅增長。相較於上年度受COVID-19(2019冠狀病毒病)疫情嚴重影響導致業績錄得大幅下降，該年度以UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業為首，業績錄得回升。
其他收入及開支項下，在計入以海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部為主的169億日圓減值虧損，以及清算J Brand,Inc.產生的87億日圓收益後，錄得淨損失65億日圓。J Brand,Inc.於2021年8月進行清算時，由於日圓兑美元匯率相比收購當時有所下跌，故計入匯率變化後產生清算收益。此外，融資收益及開支淨額錄得增長168億日圓；這主要是由於以外幣計值的資產等帳面值在換算為日圓後帶來192億日圓的匯兑收益所致。
總計全年度所得税前溢利錄得2658億日圓(同比增長73.9%)，母公司擁有人應占年內溢利錄得1698億日圓(同比增長88.0%)；宣派末期股息每股240.00日圓。
該財政年度綜合設備投資總額為1006億日圓，較上年度增長179億日圓。其中包括日本UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部157億日圓，海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部385億日圓，GU(極優)事業分部38億日圓，全球品牌事業分部18億日圓，以及其他系統方面的投資407億日圓。相較於上年度新開幕的旗艦店及大型門店較多，該年度在新店舖方面的投資費用減少，不過，在日本及海外則擴大了與有明項目相關的自動化倉庫投資。
集團致力成為全世界第一的品牌，在持續擴展事業的同時，兼顧並行可持續發展。不僅採取措施減輕地球負擔，追求在健康安全的勞動環境中製造及販賣源自”LifeWear服適人生“理念的商品，亦努力解決各種各樣的社會議題。為促進整體集團事業的發展，致力拓展全球電子商務、海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)、GU(極優)等支柱事業。
同時，整合網路商店與門店為業務核心，加快相關體系的建設，以便能及時為顧客在需要的時刻，提供其所需要的商品與資訊。集團已開始推行門店與網路商店一體化服務、庫存整合管理等改革措施。海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部在各個國家地區加速開設門店的同時，亦在世界主要城市開設全球旗艦店和大型門店，藉以深入傳播”LifeWear服適人生“的理念。GU(極優)時尚休閒品牌事業分部在強化”時尚平價品牌“定位的同時，以日本市場為中心擴大事業規模。
