據報花樣年作架構合併 並增設債務重組小組
《中證網》報道,花樣年控股(01777.HK)證實花樣年集團與其全資子公司深圳市花樣年地產集團組織架構合併,並成立專門的債務與資產重組小組的傳聞。
花樣年控股指出,針對此次境外流動性問題,公司在地產投資決策小組、地產產品決策小組、地產招採決策小組等決策委員會的基礎上,增設專門的債務與資產重組小組。由花樣年執行董事柯卡生擔任小組組長,在董事會和公司管理層的領導下,統籌集團債務與資產重組工作,按市場化、法治化的原則,化解流動性風險。小組下設政府與合作項目執行組、金融機構執行組、執行秘書。
