多重利好助推 中國碳中和(1372.HK)連續第二日上漲

格隆匯10月7日丨主要從事碳中和相關業務和土木工程及建造業務的中國碳中和(1372.HK)在昨日收漲近8%後,今日盤中繼續走強,一度漲近10%至4.94港元。港府昨日發佈施政報吿,其中在提升國際金融中心地位的章節中提出,支持港交所與廣州期貨交易所就碳排放交易相關金融產品開展合作,並評估將香港發展成為區域碳交易中心的可行性。另外,施政報吿還提到:未來香港將興建33萬套公屋;建設香港北部佔地約300平方公里宜居宜業宜遊的都會區,並開拓更多可供居住和產業發展的土地;研究降低強拍門檻,加快舊樓重建。有分析師稱,從2021施政報吿重點提及的“碳交易”及地產相關政策來看,中國碳中和有望明顯受益。
