美聯降今年樓價升幅預測至10% 料新界將成供應重鎮
行政長官林鄭月娥發表最新一份《施政報告》。美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明表示,新一份《施政報告》著墨房策,積極增加土地及房屋供應,惟料住宅項目發展需時,未來數年私宅落成量未會大幅增加,料不會觸發樓價向下調整,不過隨著長遠供求失衡的問題可望紓緩,加上最近的股市波動因素,故調低今年樓價升幅預測至約10%。他預料,全年二手住宅成交量將錄得約6萬宗,並料明年成交量可增至約6.5萬宗,預計今年一手成交量將錄得約1.8萬宗,明年將增加至2萬宗。
布少明預料,未來新界區將成為供應重要區域,尤其是新界西北區一帶。
