匯控(00005.HK)夥淡馬錫推可持續基建項目融資平台 初期投資1.5億美元
匯控(00005.HK)與新加坡主權基金公司淡馬錫公布,雙方建立合作夥伴關係,設立可持續基建項目的債務融資平台,最初將聚焦於東南亞國家,初期共同投資高達1.5億美元以作為平台的融資股本,長遠目標建立一系列規模化的項目,預期在5年內發放超過10億美元的貸款。
該平台將針對可融資、可持續的基礎設施項目,在需要時提供項目開發專業知識、技術援助和混合融資解決方案,所覆蓋的項目包括可再生能源、水及廢物處理,以及可持續運輸,以助實現碳減排目標。
