黑田東彥:不認為中國房地產有泡沫風險 恆大危機衝擊有限
日本央行行長黑田東彥淡化恆大(03333.HK)債務危機所引發的風險,認為中國房地產問題與日本1980年代末至1990年代初出現的房地產危機有不同。
他稱,中國房地產市場未有出現大量投機性投資,而中國當局亦正採取措施遏制房地產活動過度擴張,相信現階段問題不太可能衝擊整個中國房地產市場甚至乎中國經濟。
黑田東彥表示,恆大債務危機亦不會引起2008年美國次按危機,因日本、美國及歐洲對中國房地產市場的直接敞口相當有限。
