長城匯理(08315.HK)與濱海開發區管委會簽署有關建設中等、高等職業學院及科產業學院項目戰略合作協議
格隆匯9月27日丨長城匯理(08315.HK)公吿，於2021年9月27日，公司與濰坊濱海經濟技術開發區管委會("濱海開發區管委會")簽署有關建設中等、高等職業學院及科產業學院項目的戰略合作協議。學院擬打造航空、軌道交通、安全、信息、人工智能等產業人才培訓基地，建設大學科技園，構建校辦產業羣，以促進周邊通航服務、高端製造以及通航商貿特色產業向當地滙集，孕育和催生航空及城軌交通新興產業在當地做大做強，助力當地經濟發展全面轉型升級。項目擬計劃用地1,600畝，分三期在五年內建設完畢，建成總投資擬定為五億美元(含土地費用及主體建築物建造成)。總校區擬分教學區、實訓區、生活區三個區域，校區設置地上建築結構主體五十萬平方米，計劃招生二萬人。
公司將利用自身優勢資源參與項目：(i)以公司旗下資產管理平台設立教育產業投資基金投資項目，專注於教育行業上下游產業鏈，建立完善的教育產業投資和投後管理體系，向精品資管機構模式轉化；(ii)為項目建成後的教育園區提供物業管理和保安服務，提升公司物業管理和保安業務的在管規模，打造專業的教育園區物業管理和安保品牌。公司董事會不時審視其現有業務及探討業務拓展和延升的商機，以促進集團業務穩健和高質量發展。
董事會認為簽訂戰略合作協議將有利於促進公司資產管理業務、物業管理及安保業務的持續發展，進一步提升公司的行業地位；產業人才培訓基地的打造亦將助力當地經濟發展全面轉型升級，創造更多社會價值。
