格隆匯9月23日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)發佈公吿,於2021年9月23日,公司已從巧能環球有限公司收到有關可換股債券轉讓的正式簽署通知,內容關於將公司發行的全部可換股債券從巧能環球轉讓給敏將有限公司。經考慮(i)可換股債券轉讓乃根據可換股債券的現有條款作出,且不會造成其任何變動;(ii)與公司的債權人保持良好關係並配合彼等合理的要求符合公司的利益,公司同意該可換股債券轉讓並將發行可換股債券的新證書予敏將。
