天貓家裝目標明年底家裝產業線上成交規模破1萬億人幣
阿里(09988.HK)旗下天貓日前舉行家裝生態峰會,天貓家裝事業部總經理恩重提出,持續圍繞本地化、內容化、服務升級、供給升級四大戰略做升級,目標到2022年底家裝產業線上份額由10%提升至20%,成交規模突破1萬億元人民幣。
天貓並宣布拓展裝修業務,率先在成都推出「裝修我的家」小程序,消費者透過淘寶App可選擇自家戶型,由AI來免費設計3D實景裝修方案,或可聯絡本地的裝修公司提供服務,目前已引入東易日盛、百安居、生活家裝飾、好萊客、聖都等裝修公司。
