華南城(01668.HK)悉數贖回及回購合共近5.4億美元優先票據 展現充裕流動性
格隆匯9月14日丨華南城(01668.HK)發佈公吿，悉數贖回2021年到期的3.16億美元6.75%優先票據。
根據此前消息披露，2016年9月6日，華南城宣佈與瑞銀、美銀美林、瑞信、花旗、德銀及匯豐訂立認購協議，於當日發行於2021年到期的美元債券。華南城擬將建議發行票據所得款項的淨額主要用作現有債務的再融資及一般公司用途。該票據已於2021年9月13日到期。該公司已按照票據的條款及條件悉數贖回票據。
此前7月2日華南城發佈有關公司回購及註銷部份優先票據公吿及其中所述其他公吿。華南城於公開市場回購部份優先票據，回購本金總額500萬美元，並擬於稍後進行註銷。其中2021年9月票據：本金總額為300萬美元(佔該票據初始發行本金約0.86%)；及2022年6月票據：本金總額為200萬美元(佔該票據初始發行本金約0.57%)。
同日，華南城於公開市場回購部份優先票據，回購本金總額980萬美元，並擬於稍後進行註銷。有關回購優先票據的明細如下：2021年9月票據：本金總額為580萬美元(佔該票據初始發行本金約1.66%)；2022年2月票據：本金總額為200萬美元(佔該票據初始發行本金約0.57%)；及2022年6月票據：本金總額為200萬美元(佔該票據初始發行本金約0.57%)。
在8月16日華南城繼續公佈，公司於公開市場回購部份優先票據，回購2021年9月票據的本金總額為800.8萬美元(佔該票據初始發行本金約2.29%),並擬於稍後進行註銷。在註銷已回購的票據後，2021年9月票據的未償還票據本金金額為3.16億美元。據悉目前該票據已悉數償還。
綜合來看華南城近兩個月償還金額高達5.4億美元，公司保持暢通的現金流，展現較強的償債能力和抗風險能力。
