通達集團(00698.HK)：76.51億股供股股份獲有效接納及申請
格隆匯9月13日丨通達集團(00698.HK)宣佈，於2021年9月6日(星期一)下午四時正(即最後接納時限)，(i)收到暫定配額通知書下的46份暫定配額有效接納，涉及合共27.82億股供股股份，佔根據供股提呈的32.40億股供股股份總數的約85.87%；及(ii)收到額外申請表格下的29份額外供股股份申請，涉及合共48.69億股供股股份，佔根據供股提呈的32.40億股供股股份總數的約150.28%。
總共收到75份有效接納及申請，涉及合共76.51億股供股股份，佔根據供股提呈的32.40億股供股股份總數的約236.15%。因此，供股超額認購44.11億股供股股份，相當於根據供股提呈的供股股份總數約136.15%。
鑑於上文暫定配額通知書項下暫定配額的有效接納，4.58億股供股股份(相當於根據供股提呈供股股份總數約14.13%)可供分配予利用額外申請表格申請額外供股股份之申請人。上述額外供股股份數目不足以滿足額外申請表格項下合共48.69億股額外供股股份的全部有效申請。
鑑於供股股份超額認購，董事會決議參考每份申請所申請的額外供股股份數目按比例約9.40%向申請額外供股股份的合資格股東(中國港股通投資者除外)分配4.58億股供股股份。並無參考透過暫定配額通知書申請認購之供股股份或合資格股東持有的現有股份數目，亦無優先處理將碎股補足為完整買賣單位的申請。
由於包銷協議所載先決條件全部達成及包銷商並無於2021年9月7日(星期二)下午四時正或之前終止包銷協議，包銷協議於2021年9月7日(星期二)下午四時正成為無條件。由於供股超額認購44.11億股供股股份，根據包銷協議的條款，包銷商根據包銷協議有關包銷股份的責任已全面解除。
此外，繳足股款之供股股份預期將於2021年9月15日(星期三)上午九時正開始在聯交所買賣
