日本據報蒐集新鴻基公司(00086.HK)旗下亞洲開發資本增持東京機械製作所股權資料
日本《時事通訊社》(Jiji Press)報道,日本政府正蒐集新鴻基公司(00086.HK)旗下亞洲開發資本增持東京機械製作所股權的資料,並以國家安全爲由審視有關投資。
報道指,有媒體上月底報道中國資金參與有關增持,日本內閣官房長官隨即促請經濟產省蒐集有關資料。根據外資投資法例,東京機械製作所屬「指定行業」,有關投資須知會日本當局。亞洲開發資本屬日本上市企業,有意見認爲或可避過相關監管。但內閣官方長官及經濟產業省擬判斷若轉移管理權至亞洲開發資本,將對當地報章出版業務的社會影響。
亞洲開發資本爲日本東京證券交易所第二部份的上市企業。該公司增持東京機械製作所並擬取得控股權,持股比例於上月16日升至38%。
