金沙中國(01928.HK)公布,計劃發行本金總額合共19.5億美元優先票據,包括7億美元於2027年到期、年息2.3%,6.5億美元於2027年到期、年息2.85%,以及6億美元於2031年到期、年息3.25%。
公司估計,票據發售所得款項淨額將為約19.3億美元,擬將動用票據所得款項淨額及手頭現金悉數贖回18億美元於2023年到期、年息4.6%票據的尚未償付本金額、任何應計利息及根據日期為2018年8月9日的相關優先票據契約所釐定的相關提前贖回金額。
