恆地(00012.HK)以81.89億元投得市建局庇利街/榮光街項目 每呎樓面11,414元
市區重建局今日(9日)公布,經過公開招標競投後,決定與恆地(00012.HK)的全資附屬永利星發展,合作發展土瓜灣庇利街/榮光街發展項目。該公司以投標金額81.89億元投得是次項目的合作發展合約。是次投標金額為市場估值近80億元至超過100億元的接近下限。以可建樓面約71.74萬平方呎計,每呎樓面地價約11,414元。
市建局早前公開邀請發展商就本項目提交合作發展意向書,其後邀請33家符合要求的發展商及財團,入標競投合作發展項目。在今年8月23日截標時,項目接獲共六份標書。其餘入標發展商包括嘉華(00173.HK)、長實集團(01113.HK)、新地(00016.HK),信置(00083.HK)與嘉里建設(00683.HK)及招商局置地(00978.HK)財團,和華懋與會德豐財團。
項目於2016年3月展開,地盤面積7,406平方米。項目完成後,預計可提供上限逾6.66萬平方米的總樓面面積。
