國泰君安國際(1788.HK)助力蔚來汽車發行20億美元美國存托股份
【香港，2021年9月8日】國泰君安國際控股有限公司(“國泰君安國際”、“公司”或“集團”，股份代號：1788.HK)欣然宣佈，公司將助力蔚來汽車(“蔚來”，紐交所上市代號：NIO)發行20億美元美國存托股份(“ADS”)。國泰君安國際在此次項目中擔任銷售代理，以高品質資本市場服務響應國家對新能源汽車等環保行業的支持，協助蔚來推動業務進一步發展。
