L'OCCITANE(00973.HK):8月份轉撥25.54萬股庫存股份
格隆匯9月6日丨L'OCCITANE(00973.HK)宣佈,於2021年8月,公司根據按公司2013年購股權計劃於2013年12月所授出行使價為17.62港元的15.58萬份購股權及按公司2013年購股權計劃於2016年3月所授出行使價為14.36港元的9.96萬份購股權獲行使,自庫存轉撥公司於庫存所持的25.54萬股普通股,總面值為7,660.50歐元。
緊隨上述庫存股份轉撥後,公司現持有625.84萬股普通股作為庫存股份,而已發行普通股的總數( 不包括持作庫存股份的股份)為14.71億股。
