上實城市開發(00563.HK)向股東出售昭海金融證券股份 持股攤薄至30%
上實城市開發(00563.HK)公布,非全資附屬昭海金融證券向天津信託及王偉賢分別出售13.33萬股及3.33萬股份,佔昭海金融證券之經擴大已發行股本分別約50%及12.5%,作價分別為9,452.91萬元及2,363.21萬元。
完成後,公司透過利駿及中潤投資於昭海金融證券持股將自80%下降至30%。
初步評估,估計公司將錄得認購事項未經審核收益約71.8萬元。
天津信託為上海上實之附屬公司。鑑於公司控股股東上實集團為對上海上實行使國有股東權利之獲授權代表,故上海上實為上實集團之附屬公司。而交易前,王偉賢持有昭海金融證券15%。
