格隆匯8月31日丨正通汽車(01728.HK)公吿,自2021年9月1日起交易時段前:1.王木清已辭任提名委員會主席;2.李着波已辭任執行董事;3.尹濤已辭任執行董事;4.黃天佑已辭任薪酬委員會成員;5.王明成獲委任為執行董事兼提名委員會主席;及6.曾挺毅獲委任為執行董事。董事會現進一步宣佈:7.王木清將於2021年9月9日交易時段後辭任董事會主席;8.王昆鵬將於2021年10月9日交易時段前辭任執行董事及董事會副主席;及9.李植煌將於2021年10月9日交易時段前獲委任為執行董事及薪酬委員會成員。
