VESYNC(02148.HK)公佈中期業績 純利增長42.3% VeSync程序擁有220萬件已激活設備
格隆匯8月30日丨VESYNC(02148.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，公司收益1.99億美元，同比增長54.2%；毛利8857萬美元，同比增長43.4%；期內母公司擁有人應占溢利3198萬美元，同比增長42.3%；每股盈利2.75美分。
收益增長乃主要由我們的各種家居產品的強勁銷售額（就已售數量而言）所帶動，包括廚房電器及餐飲用具類別項下的Cosori智能空氣炸鍋及家居環境電器類別項下的Levoit空氣淨化器，原因為Cosori智能空氣炸鍋以嶄新科技及健康食譜幫助年輕一代煮食，而消費者在COVID-19爆發後更關注個人健康及家庭環境衞生。
於2021年上半年，VendorCentral計劃產生的集團收益上升69.5%，主要由於(i)產品銷量增加及(ii)透過VendorCentral計劃向亞馬遜銷售的產品數量增加。
於2021年上半年，連鎖零售商等其他渠道產生的集團收益大幅上升139.2%，主要是由於Levoit空氣淨化器及Cosori智能空氣炸鍋的銷量增加。隨着公司的品牌及產品聲譽不斷提高，公司已於美國的主要連鎖零售商中佔據有利地位。
公司不斷推出新產品，並對現有產品進行新技術、新功能、新特性、新設計的迭代，同時開發VeSync應用程式，讓用户實現對智能家居設備的集中控制，實現家居自動化體驗，讓客户的日常生活更加便利、更加高效、更加愉悦。截至2021年6月30日，公司於VeSync應用程序上擁有約2.2百萬件已激活設備，較截至2020年6月30日的1.2百萬件已激活設備增加83.3%。
公司表示，為實現公司創造美好生活的使命，公司計劃實施以下策略：(i)進一步升級公司的產品組合並擴展產品組合；(ii)利用品牌知名度拓展地理覆蓋範圍及銷售渠道；及(iii)持續投資技術並致力將VeSync應用程式發展為一個家居物聯網平台。
於2021年下半年，集團將繼續圍繞消費者需求進行內外部改革與創新，積極佈局更多銷售渠道，繼續完善內部控制制度及建設，有效改善集團的內部控制管治及整體盈利能力，繼續增加我們的市場份額，實現2021年下半年進一步增長。
