中集集團(02039.HK)公佈中期業績 扭虧為盈42.97億元 集裝箱產銷量創歷史同期最高
格隆匯8月27日丨中集集團(02039.HK)公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司營業收入約人民幣731.85億元(單位下同)，同比增長85.60%;歸屬於母公司股東及其他權益持有者的淨利潤42.97億元，上年同期虧損約1.83億元;每股收益1.1673元。
報吿期內，集團集裝箱產銷量創歷史同期最高記錄，營業收入和淨利潤同比也都有大幅上漲。報吿期內，集團普通乾貨集裝箱累計銷售114.55萬TEU（去年同期：35.83萬TEU），同比增長219.70%；冷藏集裝箱累計銷售9.45萬TEU（去年同期：5.36萬TEU），同比增長76.31%。集團集裝箱製造業務實現營業收入人民幣274.5億元，同比增長224.91%；淨利潤人民幣43.94億元，同比增長1739%。
報吿期內，中集車輛在全球銷售各類半掛車81,628輛（去年同期：51,019輛），在中國銷售專用車上裝41,661台╱套（去年同期：24,580台╱套），在中國銷售冷藏廂式車廂體3,294台╱套（去年同期：2,345台╱套）；實現營業收入合計人民幣177.1億元，同比增加58.28%；實現淨利潤人民幣7.6億元，同比增加8.94%。
2021年上半年，受商用車國五切換國六排放標準的影響，商用車零部件循環載具租賃需求提前釋放，二季度新能源動力電池循環載具需求量有所增加。報吿期內，集團循環載具業務實現營業收入人民幣26.27億元，同比上升104.18%；淨利潤人民幣2.3億元（去年同期：淨虧損：人民幣74萬元），扭虧為盈。
此外，報吿期，集團能源、化工及液態食品裝備業務實現營業收入人民幣83.1億元，同比上升43.42%；淨利潤人民幣3.48億元，同比上升121.82%。
報吿期內，集團的研發費用為人民幣9.35億元，同比上升58.78%，主要由於本期研發投入大幅增加，進一步提升自主創新能力。
公司表示，集團已制定未來三年戰略規劃，堅定穩健經營、優質增長為戰略主題，主業繼續聚焦物流和能源兩大行業，新興業務的佈局也將聚焦智慧物流和清潔能源兩大主航道，不斷優化業務組合、提升資產收益水平，追求高質量的業務發展。
