佳兆業美好(02168.HK)與河北昌潤達環境工程有限公司達成股權合作
2021年8月27日，佳兆業美好集團(以下簡稱佳兆業美好)與河北昌潤達環境工程有限公司(以下簡稱"河北昌潤達")股權合作簽約儀式在河北保定成功舉行。佳兆業美好集團主席、總裁兼執行董事廖傳強、河北昌潤達董事長兼總經理劉二平及雙方高管團隊共同出席本次簽約儀式。
成立於2014年的河北昌潤達是河北省第一批成立的專門提供城鄉環衞一體化、城鄉保潔服務的新型企業。截止2020年底，河北昌潤達服務項目達66個，包括城市市政環衞、垃圾清運、道路清掃、灑水降塵、垃圾分類等。根據國家政策導向，河北昌潤達先後成立垃圾分類事業部、智慧環衞事業部，建立可複製的服務機制。隨着國家鄉村振興戰略的深化，環衞等相關產業的迅速發展，為河北昌潤達的發展帶了更大的空間。憑藉科學的現代化管理模式，制度化、標準化、網格化、常態化的服務，河北昌潤達在京津翼地區積累了深厚資源和品牌美譽度。此次佳兆業美好以3.7億元收購河北昌潤達70%的股份，是佳兆業美好在城市服務版圖拓展上的又一次突破。
回顧此前的幾次收併購，佳兆業美好始終堅持多元化併購策略，以控股併購為主要模式，選取地理位置優越、業態組合豐富和物業服務產業鏈條完整的優質標的，以控股併購形式介入，重點深耕粵港澳大灣區、長三角、華中地區、華西地區、環渤海經濟圈等經濟發達地區，本次併購的河北昌潤達也位於以上的區域之中。但不同點在於，河北昌潤達所在管的66個項目都為市政服務項目，包括城市市政環衞、垃圾清運、道路清掃、灑水降塵、垃圾分類等。其中，市政服務作為城市綜合服務的重要組成部分，一直是佳兆業美好重點突破的業態類型。河北昌潤達在市政服務領域的垂直優勢為佳兆業美好切入城市配套服務市場提供了助力，進一步拓寬了佳兆業美好城市服務業務的邊界，提升了在市政環衞、河道治理、道路養護等業務運營服務的能力，加快集團城市綜合服務的轉型升級。
在不久前的2021年中期業績發佈會上，佳兆業美好主席、總裁兼執行董事廖傳強先生表示："2021上半年集團總在管建築面積達8630萬平方米，增長50%，我們有信心於今年內實現1億平方米在管面積的目標。至2023年，集團的收入年複合增長率(CAGR)不低於55%，利潤年複合增長率不低於60%，淨利潤達到10億人民幣。"這次收併購的順利進行，無疑為目標的完成打上了一劑強心針。雙方以佳兆業美好品牌優勢嫁接賦能，持續聚焦城市綜合服務，積極探索行業發展新趨勢，共同孵化綜合城市服務商品牌，實現佳兆業美好的健康持續發展。
