格隆匯8月27日丨華潤置地(1109.HK)漲逾5%,報28.85港元,總市值2057億港元。華潤置地公佈2021年中期業績,2021年上半年綜合營業額為人民幣737.4億元,按年增長63.8%。公司擁有人應占期內溢利人民幣131.25億元,同比增長15.41%。上半年現金及銀行結餘實現949億元,同比增長6%。另據報吿,2021年,標普、穆迪及惠譽三家國際評級機構維持本公司的BBB+╱穩定展望、Baa1╱穩定展望和BBB+╱穩定展望的評級。
