山東國信(01697.HK)上半年純利跌22.0%至4.01億元
格隆匯8月26日丨山東國信(01697.HK)公佈截至2021年6月30日止6個月的中期業績，期內集團實現經營收入10.10億元人民幣(單位下同)，同比下降11.1%；歸屬公司股東的淨利潤4.01億元，同比下降22.0%，主要原因是手續費及佣金收入下降，同時利息支出增加，部分被分佔以權益法計量的投資的利潤增加所抵銷。
集團的手續費及佣金收入在2021年上半年為4.88億元，與2020年上半年的5.71億元相比較，下降了14.5%，主要由於集團的信託報酬減少，該等減少乃由於公司管理的信託資產規模下降。
集團的利息收入在2021年上半年為4.42億元，與2020年上半年的3.87億元相比較，上升了14.4%。主要由於合併結構性實體授出的日均貸款規模增加，導致2021年上半年集團錄得利息收入增加，集團客户貸款所得利息收入由2020年上半年的3.78億元上升13.3%至2021年上半年的4.28億元。
以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產及以公允價值計量的於聯營企業的投資的公允價值變動淨額於2020年上半年錄得收益5440萬元，於2021年上半年錄得損失1.35億元，主要由於集團處置以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產，將以前年度確認的公允價值變動收益轉入投資收益。
集團的投資收益在2021年上半年為1.71億元，較2020年上半年的4250萬元，增加了1.28億元，原因為2021年上半年集團處置上市股票、共同基金產生較多收益。
