彩生活(01778.HK)公佈中期業績 經營性現金流淨額大增142% 合約管理總建築面積達5.65億平方米
格隆匯8月25日丨彩生活(01778.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止六個月,公司總收益增長約0.7%至約人民幣17.92億元;公司擁有人應占溢利增加約5.8%至約人民幣2.5億元;集團的經營性現金流淨額較2020年同期增加約142.0%至約人民幣5.4億元。於2021年6月30日,集團的有息負債總額餘額約人民幣23.37億元,降幅約為7.6%。
集團專注於通過口碑與品牌進行內生式新委聘擴張。憑藉出色的物業管理經驗與外拓能力,截至2021年6月30日,集團的合約管理總建築面積達到5.65億平方米,對應的社區數量達到2,817個。其中,於2021年6月30日集團已經產生收益的總建築面積達到3.59億平方米。
集團在積極拓展服務面積的同時,同步努力打造升級社區服務平台,滿足業主日常生活所需,為業主提供高質高效的物業管理服務,並在温度社區的土壤上,進行消費場景探索、產品創新、業態探索的實踐,為業主提供各類附加服務,讓物業真正進入業主生活。集團亦持續探索社區場景的增值服務類型,深入物業場景,結合市場需求及業主需求,為業主提供定製化產品與服務。
截至2021年6月30日,集團管理2,772個社區,由集團管理的總建築面積合共約為5.53億平方米,並與45個社區訂立顧問服務合約,顧問服務安排的總建築面積合共約為1190萬平方米。集團將主要透過取得新服務委聘進行業務擴展。
截至2021年6月30日,集團聘用超過54,185名駐場人員(包括集團僱用的員工及分包予第三方的員工)以提供物業管理服務。
