格隆匯8月25日丨中國物流資產(01589.HK)公佈中期業績,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,公司收入為人民幣4.37億元,同比增長12.5%;毛利為人民幣3.38億元,同比增長12.9%;公司擁有人應占期內利潤為人民幣2.73億元,同期錄得虧損為人民幣9410.4萬元,基本每股盈利為人民幣0.0835元。
公吿稱,收益增加主要由於(i)作為集團全國擴張計劃之一部分,集團的營運中物流園數目增加,繼而令營運總建築面積增加;及(ii)平均租金單價有所上升。
