佳兆業健康(00876.HK)公佈中期業績 毛利率升至52.34% 康養地產業務已落子3城
格隆匯8月24日丨佳兆業健康(00876.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，公司收益1.03億港元，同比增長35.6%；公司擁有人應占溢利6066.6萬港元，上年同期虧損605萬港元；每股盈利1.2港仙。
期間毛利率為約52.34%（上年同期：約48.46%）。來自經營業務的毛利率有所上升，乃由於美加品牌產品銷售的毛利率較高所致。
集團從事義齒業務，包括於海外和本地銷售及生產義齒，包括牙冠及牙橋、可拆式的全部及部份義齒、植體及金屬牙冠。集團自主研發、鼎力打造的高科技數字美牙品牌，整合了全球優秀的微創牙科美容修復理念、3D打印前沿高科技技術，推廣隱形矯正，牙齒美容美白、牙貼面，提供高效一站式牙齒修復解決方案，期間來自義齒業務的收益約為1億港元，較2020年同期增加約2530萬港元。
公司表示，集團主要從事義齒業務，其業務戰略為透過加大擴展業務，以進一步提升股東價值。打造美加品牌，以先進技術為導向，融合國內、外優質醫療器械資源，成為高端義齒耗材供貨商。集團積極探索以口腔上下游為產業鏈的醫療器械體系，以醫養、康養結合的醫療服務體系，三大體系相互協同，形成生態死循環。
集團目前已經組建技術及銷售團隊以完善提升該公司產品的技術生產以及在中國和國際市場的銷售。擬投資建設美國生產工廠提升產能，同時在中國深圳成立中美種植體研發中心整合中國、美國和其他國際醫學技術專家的能力推動種植體技術發展。計劃3年內再造一家以種植體技術開發為核心能力的國家高新技術企業。經過2年整理準備期，種植體業務有望為公司帶來較快業績增長，同時為進入牙科其它高值耗材領域奠定基礎。
此外，集團康養地產業務已落子深圳、上海、珠海3城，快速形成了佈局優勢，目前，多個專案正在有序建設中，預計2021年10月珠海十里蓮江國際健康城展示區將對外開放。隨着項目的逐步開放並投入運營集團的康養戰略發展藍圖將得以落地呈現，預計可為集團及控股股東集團帶來新的業務收入的同時提升集團康養業務的整體產品力及品牌力，並實現批量複製及輕資產輸出管理，有效賦能公司的綜合發展。
