中集集團(02039.HK)附屬不逾3.74億人民幣增持物流公司振華物流
中集集團(02039.HK)公布,同意附屬中集世聯達按照以不超過約3.74億元人民幣(下同)掛牌底價參與達於中國交建轉讓振華物流25%股權之掛牌。
若摘牌成功,是次可能關連交易事項完成後,中集世聯達將持有振華物流100%股權,振華物流仍為公司的非全資附屬公司,公司間接持有振華物流的股比將由63%增加至84%。
振華物流主要從事以報關、倉儲、運輸等為基石能力,以國際船舶代理、國際貨運代理、項目物流、合同物流為四大核心產品線的業務體系。
