市建局土瓜灣庇利街/榮光街發展項目共接獲六份標書
市建局公布,土瓜灣庇利街/榮光街發展項目於今日(23日)截標,共接獲六份標書。市建局董事會設立的招標遴選小組將評審各標書,並會就批出項目發展協議向市建局董事會提交建議,由董事會作最終決定。
今日現場所見,入標發展商包括獨資的嘉華(00173.HK)、長實集團(01113.HK)、恆地(00012.HK)及新地(00016.HK),至於信置(00083.HK)夥拍嘉里建設(00683.HK)及招商局置地(00978.HK)競投,而華懋則與會德豐合組財團。
該項目為市建局繼觀塘「凱匯」後近7年最大規模的重建地盤,佔地近8萬平方呎,可建樓面面積上限超過71萬平方呎,預計可提供約1,150個單位。項目6月底接獲36份發展意向,市建局最終邀請33個發展商及財團競投。而市場對項目估值由近80億元至超過100億元,每呎樓面地價約1.1萬元至1.5萬元。
