《大行報告》匯豐研究上調ESR(01821.HK)目標價至30元 評級「買入」
匯豐研究發表報告,指ESR(01821.HK)管理層持續看好亞洲區內物流資產的強勁需求,料租金將維持穩健。由於集團新資產落成而令資產的租用率降至89%,但相信租金收入增長的動力仍存。
該行指,公司下半年將有更多的新項目和完成項目,料成本控制可繼續支持純利增長。該行升其2021至23年盈利預測7%至10%,以反映更多投資收入和基金管理,目標價由29.5元升至30元,維持「買入」評級。
