市建局庇利街、榮光街重建項目最少接獲六份標書 長實恆地入標
市建局土瓜灣庇利街、榮光街重建項目今日(23日)截標。現場所見,項目接獲最少六份標書,包括信置(00083.HK),表示獨資入標的嘉華(00173.HK)、長實集團(01113.HK)、恆地(00012.HK),以及華懋與會德豐財團。
嘉華香港地產發展及租務總監尹紫薇表示,是次項目是較大的市區地皮,鄰近地鐵站,預料會興建中小型單位。
恆地地產發展部高級地產發展經理樑晶晶則指,項目是市區大型地皮,大發展商一定會參與。
該項目爲市建局繼觀塘「凱匯」後近7年最大規模的重建地盤,佔地近8萬平方尺,可建樓面面積上限超過71萬平方尺,預計可提供約1,150個單位。
項目6月底接獲36份發展意向,市建局最終邀請33個財團競投。而市場對項目估值由近80億元至超過100億元,每尺樓面地價約1.1萬元至1.5萬元。(ek/u) ~
