國家商務部:擴大二手車流通 鼓勵家電等以舊換新
國家商務部部長王文濤在國新辦新聞發布會上表示,內地經貿大國地位進一步鞏固,經貿強國建設步伐加快,已成為全球第二大消費市場、第一貿易大國,利用外資和對外投資穩居世界前列。 他表示,始終堅持擴大內需戰略基點,推動形成強大國內市場,推動消費升級將從多方面開展工作,包括:傳統消費能級要提升,推動汽車由購買管理向使用管理轉變,特別是擴大二手車的流通。鼓勵有條件的地區,像家電、家具循環利用,以舊換新,支持餐飲業創新經營模式,提升服務質量,使餐飲消費能夠進一步擴大;加快培育新型消費,包括一些智慧商店、無接觸的配送,到家服務等新業態新模式;要搭建消費的升級平台。要高質量推進步行街的改造提升,下一步還會特別關注一些特色的商圈和特色街區。
