永恒策略(00764.HK)预计中期转亏为盈2750万至3150万港元
格隆汇8月20日丨永恒策略(00764.HK)宣布,公司预期截至2021年6月30日止六个月将录得公司拥有人应占溢利2750万港元至3150万港元,上年同期亏损2.09亿港元。
转亏为盈乃主要由于(i)买卖销售金融资产的收益大幅增加;(ii)确认出售联营公司的大幅收益;(iii)确认投资物业公平值变动产生的收益,而于上年同期则已确认亏损;(iv)应收贷款的信贷亏损拨备下降;及(v)确认应占联营公司溢利,而于上年同期则已确认应占联营公司亏损,部分被(i)确认按公平值计入损益表的金融资产公平值变动产生的亏损;及(ii)以股权结算的股份支款开支所抵销。
