國泰君安國際(01788.HK)助力安徽交控集團圓滿完成境外美元債券發行
2021年8月19日，國泰君安國際(01788.HK)作為牽頭全球協調人和債券交割行(B&D)，協助安徽省交通控股集團有限公司成功定價發行5年期、4億規模的美元債券。此筆債券的發行受到了國際資本市場廣泛的關注，在最終價格指引公吿前訂單規模達50億美元，超額認購高達12.5倍，最終價格較初始價格指引大幅收窄55個基點。為安徽省歷來評級最高(穆迪A3、惠譽A-)、規模最大、期限最長、利率最低境外美元債，同時創下全國同評級地方國有企業和交通類企業境外美元債發行史上最低發行利率紀錄。
