OPEC續料全球石油需求強勁復甦 惟國際能源署看淡今年油市
石油輸出國組織(OPEC)周四(12日)發表月度報告,即使市場對型冠狀病毒Delta變種的憂慮已令油價受壓,但維持今年全球石油需求將強勁復甦,明年將進一步增長的預測。
不過,國際能源署(IEA)同日發表的月度報告則認為,Delta變種病毒的傳播將減緩全球石油需求的復甦。該署認為,由於Delta變種的蔓延,石油需求回升走勢在7月突然逆轉,年底前復甦步伐料更加緩慢。而今年下半年的增長被更大幅度下調,因數個主要石油消費國,特別是亞洲國家實施的新的防疫限制,看來將減少人員流動和石油使用。
