搜狗Q2營收同比下降44%，公司私有化交易預計下半年完成
北京時間8月9日，搜狗(SOGO.US)公布了第二季度財務業績。數據顯示，Q2淨營收爲1.47億美元，上年同期爲2.61億美元，同比下降44%。
其中，按業務類型劃分，搜索及搜索相關收入爲1.372億美元，同比下降43%。 基于拍賣的點擊付費服務同比下降，占搜索和搜索相關收入的82.9%，而2020年同期爲86.9%。其他收入爲1030萬美元，同比下降50%。
淨利潤爲3990.3萬美元，上年同期爲淨虧損869.3萬美元。基本和攤薄後每股收益爲0.1美元，上年同期爲每股虧損0.02美元。
截至2021年6月30日，該公司擁有現金、現金等價物和短期投資10億美元，而截至2020年12月31日，該公司擁有11億美元。2021年第二季度營運現金流出淨額爲5110萬美元。2021年第二季度的資本性支出爲150萬美元。
私有化交易預期下半年完成
此外，2020年9月29日，搜狗宣布已與騰訊(00700)直接或間接全資子公司THL A21 Limited、TitanSupernova Limited和Tencent Mobility Limited簽署最終的私有化協議。根據私有化協議，TitanSupernova Limited將以全現金交易的方式與搜狗合並。合並完成後，搜狗將成爲騰訊的間接全資子公司。
合並完成後，搜狗將成爲騰訊的私有間接全資子公司，公司的ADS將不再在紐約證券交易所上市，ADS計劃將終止。 雙方目前預計合並將在2021年下半年完成，需要所有合並條件得到滿足或被豁免。
若合並完成，搜狗已發行的 A 類普通股，包括以美國存托股份爲代表的 A 類普通股，但除外股份和代表除外股份的ADS除外，將被注銷以換取權利，其持有人將獲得每股或ADS 9美元現金。
