共享先導計劃再接兩申請 新地申元朗蠔洲路地 恆地夥會德豐申大埔近林村地
發展局今日(6日)公布,再接獲兩宗土地共享先導計劃申請,兩幅用地分別位於元朗及大埔。其中一宗申請涉及一幅位於元朗蠔洲路(近東成里)的用地,佔地約5.9公頃,現時劃為「住宅(丁類)」地帶的私人地段及毗連的政府土地。申請涉及約2,616個公營房屋/「首置」單位(具體資助房屋類別將由政府決定)和輔助設施,以及1,474個私營房屋單位,總樓面面積約17.53萬平方米。申請由合域、誠君及富任發展聯合提交,母公司為新鴻基地產(00016.HK)。
另一宗申請涉及一幅位於大埔社山路及林錦公路(近林村)的用地,佔地約19.3公頃,現時劃為「農業」及「政府、機構或社區」地帶的私人地段及毗連的政府土地。申請涉及約8,484個公營房屋/「首置」單位和輔助設施,以及3,636個私營房屋單位,總樓面面積約64.53萬平方米。申請由恆地(00012.HK)旗下海騰企業、會德豐地產旗下Gettenwood Company Limited及溢輝發展,聯合提交。
